Our technical telephony support includes support of the equipment, administration of the telephone system and software, which includes the setup and deletion of new users & extensions, including configuration of personal & group voicemail mailboxes.
Our Telephony Support also includes configuration, identification of equipment /software problems and setup. Our technical engineers can log into the client's systems via remote access for diagnosis of problems and where possible, remedial action is taken whilst logged into the PBX. If this is not possible, an experienced and certified engineer will be dispatched to provide support and service on-site.
